Champagne Fidele Blanc de Noirs Vouette et Sorbee

The Champagne "Cuvée Fidèle" is a Blanc de Noirs Champagne produced by Vouette and Sorbee. It is an artisanal and genuine Champagne, characterised by a beautiful olfactory and gustatory complexity. The "Cuvée Fidèle" is made from pure Pinot Noir grapes grown according to biodynamic farming principles, with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts, and then aged in the bottle on the lees for 36 months. The Champagne Extra Brut "Cuvée Fidèle" of Vouette et Sorbée shows an intense straw yellow colour, with a fine, numerous and persistent perlage. The nose expresses aromas of red fruit and aromas of yeast and pastry. In the mouth, the taste is predominantly fruity and floral, with a good freshness and a nice balance and persistence.
