Georges Laval is one of the first companies in France to produce according to organic farming principles, with a production philosophy based on respect for nature. The grapes come from very old vineyards (some from 1930), with very low yields, which give life to just 8,000 bottles per year for Champagne of extraordinary complexity and quality.
