The cuvée Brut Nature Des Jours Et De Muids is a fine Champagne signed Paul Gosset. It is a cuvée made from 40% of the wine of the current vintage and 60% of reserve wine, which comes from the old vintages of the range (from 2005 to 2015). This Champagne comes from a blend of the 4 terroirs of the company: Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Dizy in the Marne Valley and Chouilly on the Côte des Blancs, all classified Premier and Grand Cru. The blend consists of 80% of Pinot Noir, the remaining part of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The spontaneous fermentation takes place in small barrels, then the wine is aged in 600 l wooden barrels. Not dosed, Paul Gosset's Brut Nature Des Jours Et De Muids is a rich and intense Champagne.
