Champagne Brut Nature is a fine Champagne produced by Billecart-Salmon. The company blends tradition and innovation for the production of this wonderful label with zero dosage, obtained from a blend in different parts of the three typical Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Meunier 40%, Pinot Noir 35% and Chardonnay 25%. Luminous golden yellow in color with a fine, numerous and persistent perlage, this Brut Nature du Billiecart-Salmon offers a beautiful bouquet of white flowers that evolve into more complex hints of dried fruit and brioche, with a citrus background. The sip is rich and structured, balanced by a nice freshness and minerality.
