Champagne Blanc de Noirs Vieille Vignes "Les Crayères" Grand Cru is a fine Champagne produced by Egly Ouriet. It is a Champagne blanc de noirs very elegant, intense and deep, which well represents the terroir of origin because it is obtained exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, the main vine of the area, from old vineyards of a particularly renowned parcel. After re-fermentation in the bottle, it is aged for at least 50 months before disgorgement.

The Blanc de Noirs Vieille Vignes "Les Crayères" Grand Cru shows a beautiful golden yellow colour with light copper reflections, with a fine, numerous and very persistent perlage.

The nose expresses a bouquet of citrus peel, dried fruit, small berries, delicate spices, hints of bread crust and hints of iodine. The taste is intense and complex, very deep and aromatic and supported by a strong mineral vein, and ends with a fresh and savoury finish.
