Description

Champagne Blanc de Noirs Fleury

Fleury is a historic producer in the Côte des Bars, the southernmost part of Champagne, and has been in business since 1895. The Champagne Blanc De Noirs of the Fleury winery is a vigorous and elegant bubble, a classy expression of the Côte de Bars, the southernmost district of the Champagne region. A Pinot Noir vinified in purity according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture, composed of at least 25% of reserve wines that give the glass that typical and unmistakable trait of the domaine of origin. It expresses an intense golden yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage; the nose offers aromas of white fruit, including pear and peach, red berry fruit such as raspberry, biscuit notes and toasted nuances; the sip is rich, fruity and creamy. A Pinot Noir with good structure and elegance, capable of expressing in an excellent manner the characteristics of Pinot Noir and the clay component of the land from which it comes.
