Chambertin Grand Cru Domaine Christophe Perrot-Minot
Chambertin Grand cru is a fine wine produced by the Domaine Christophe Perrot-Minot. The grapes come from vines 50-52 years old. Chambertin is considered one of the five best Grands Crus in Burgundy, thanks to its central position on a slightly inclined hill, slightly cool and windy, with exposure to the east. This deep substrate is finely covered with limestone gravel and silt which have settled over the millennia and mixed by human cultivation, secular. Christophe Minot's Chambertin Grand Cru is a red wine that stands out for its elegance and finesse, with a fruity profile of small red fruits, delicate flower petals and sweet spices. In the mouth it is balanced between freshness and softness, the tannin is beautifully mixed but will give its best after a few years of aging.
