Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo "Rosa-ae" 2020 Torre dei Beati

Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo 2020 is a rose wine from Abruzzo produced by Torre dei Beati with natural methods.

It is made from Montepulciano grapes vinified in rosé through different steps: always in steel tanks, one part bloodletting of red grapes after cold pre-maceration, one part very light direct pressing of non destemmed grapes, one part coming from cold maceration on skins.

Bright cherry pink color with light violet reflections when young, it offers fresh and persistent aromas of strawberry, pomegranate, cherry, citrus notes and elegant floral scents. The taste is well structured and balanced between smoothness and freshness.
