The Carema Riserva Etichetta Bianca 2015 is a fine Piedmontese wine produced by the Cantina dei produttori del Nebbiolo di Carema. The "Carema" is the protagonist of the winery's wines, here in a Riserva version that includes three years of aging, at least one of which is aged in large oak barrels. Obtained from 100% Nebbiolo grapes which here expresses at its best its fruity and spicy characteristics, the Carema Riserva is an intense and structured wine that expresses itself in the glass of a garnet red color, with some garnet reflections that will be accentuated with the years of aging. On the nose it expresses aromas of red fruit in spirit, dried flowers and sweet spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cocoa and licorice; on the palate it is structured and harmonious, with a decidedly soft tannin. Combined with important meat dishes and aged cheeses, it is a wine destined for a very long life (over 10 years of aging).
