Brunello di Montalcino "Cerretalto" 2015 Casanova di Neri
Brunello di Montalcino Cerretalto 2015 is a fine Tuscan wine by Casanova di Neri. The Cerretalto cru is the vineyard from which only the grapes used for the production of this bottle come. The vineyard is located east of the territory of Montalcino at 270-290 meters above sea level, the land consists of galestro with alluvial stone and degraded rock with a strong presence of iron and magnesium. The mineral component of the soil is found in the nose and mouth aromas perceived during the tasting.
This wine undergoes 36 months of aging in cask and 24 months in bottle. Bright ruby red in color with garnet reflections, the nose releases intense hints of graphite, red fruits, chocolate and tobacco. In the mouth it is powerful, with a long aromatic persistence, marked flavor and a fine tannin.
The spearhead of the cellar, Brunello di Montalcino Cerretalto 2015 is a majestic wine, destined for a very long life. It is useful to open it at least three hours before being drunk, to allow the bouquet to open properly.

VINIFICATION: manual selection of the grapes, spontaneous fermentation without using of added yeasts, maceration with frequent punching down, all for a duration of 32 days at controlled temperature. Aging 31 months in oak barrels, then 30 months in bottle.
