Brunello di Montalcino 2000 Biondi Santi
Brunello di Montalcino 2000 is a fine Italian wine produced by Biondi Santi. The grapes come from the vineyards of the historic Tuscan estate which are between 15 and 30 years old. It is a Brunello which ages for 36 months strictly in large Slavonian oak barrels. Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2000 Biondi Santi shows itself at the sight of an intense and bright garnet red color; the nose releases complex and deep aromas of dried flowers such as dried rose, berries and spicy and balsamic nuances. In the mouth it is full and fine, with a well integrated tannin and still with great pleasant freshness. A red wine of great elegance and balance, and above all the most evident characteristic is the incredible longevity: it is a wine that can rest in the cellar from 20 to 40 years!
