Bourgogne Rouge Hautes Cotes de Beaune 2019 is a red Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Petit Roy using biodynamic methods. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, from biodynamically cultivated vines from a vineyard located near the village of Nantoux, situated on the highest slopes to the west of Pommard. It is a red wine with great elegance, freshness and fruit. To the eye it shows an intense ruby red colour with purple hues, while the nose reveals wonderful aromas of red and black fruits and sweet spices. The taste is well balanced between freshness and sapidity and depth of drink, with tannins present but delicate, well blended with the body of the wine.
