Bourgogne Chitry from Domaine De Moor is a white wine produced in the Burgundy region of France. The grapes come from Chardonnay vines cultivated using organic techniques, without the use of pesticides or chemicals.

Harvesting is carried out strictly by hand, selecting only the best bunches. After the grapes are pressed, the must ferments naturally in wooden barrels and remains to mature on the lees for at least 12 months.

The result is a straw-yellow coloured wine with a delicate and intense bouquet, with notes of white fruit and citrus fruits. In the mouth, it is fresh, balanced and persistent, with excellent acidity and a mineral aftertaste.

The Bourgogne Chitry of Domaine De Moor is an elegant wine, capable of expressing at its best the typicality of its territory of origin. It pairs perfectly with fish and shellfish dishes, but also with hard cheeses and French cuisine.
