BROVIA

31408141_10214126656073209_4185399325909The Brovia winery was founded in 1863 in Castiglione Falletto, in the province of Cuneo, thanks to "grandfather Giacinto" and boasts 19 hectares of vineyards in the different areas of the Langhe.

The passion that drives the company is handed down from father to son until today, with Elena and Cristina leading the winery.

The vineyards are located in the heart of the Barolo area, in the municipalities of Castiglione Falletto and Serralunga d'Alba and are positioned in the most prestigious crus of the Langhe: Rocche, Garbelet Sue, Ca 'Mia and Villero, from which the family's jewel comes, the famous Barolo Villero.

The soils of different composition, from clay to slightly sandy, from limestone to compact, give the wines different characteristics and peculiarities, but all the vineyards of the family have a common feature: exposure to the South, or rather, from Southeast to Southwest. Among the other operations, the very modern and very accurate vinification techniques include a soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature, aging in Slavonian oak and French oak barrels and final refining in the bottle.

The stated objective of the Company is very simple and can be summarized in two words: always improve, keeping unchanged the love for their land and their traditions.
