STANDARD DELIVERIES IN EUROPE

Deliveries are made in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Iceland, Norway, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Spain and Switzerland.

Deliveries are made every day except Saturday and Sunday by SDA and TNT courier

Orders are checked and processed the same day they are received and delivery is guaranteed by the courier between 3 and 5 working days following the order if made by 10:00 am.

If the order is placed after 10:00 am the courier guarantees delivery between 3 and 5 working days starting from the day following the order.

All orders received after 10:00 am on Friday will be delivered between 3 and 5 working days starting from the following Monday.

ISLANDS

Deliveries to the islands in EU countries are made by TNT and SDA couriers but they are subject to different shipping times determined exclusively by the respective couriers.

To be sure that our products arrive at their destination in the best conditions directly at your home, we have chosen exclusively new-generation packaging made entirely of high-strength cardboard on our design and customized for our company.

They are patented packaging and specifically designed to provide maximum reliability and safety during the delicate transport phase.

INSURED PACKAGING DELIVERIES

All our shipments are insured, so the goods travel at our risk, and if the carrier combines a mess, the customer will not bear the consequences.

In order to take advantage of the right to reimbursement, the customer must immediately report at the time of delivery that the goods are non-compliant or damaged, accepting RESERVE and specifying the damage.

RECEIPT RECOMMENDATIONS

In the event that the courier has difficulty in delivering the goods due to the incorrect or inaccurate address provided by the customer, or in the event that you do not find any person at the specified address enabled to collect the packages, he must do another 2 delivery attempts.

After the third attempt the goods will be in stock and the customer will be required to pay the additional costs. We therefore advise buyers to always provide a mobile phone number that is always traceable so as to avoid unpleasant incidents.

In the event that the problems are not resolved within a few days, the goods will return to the sender and will be returned by Grandi Bottiglie srl exclusively after paying the invoiced storage costs and having paid the shipping cost again.

EXTRA UE DELIVERIES

The shipping cost outside the European Community (except for the USA) does not take into account any duties / customs or administrative expenses provided by the individual countries.
